Terms & Conditions for Clearance Items
- All items are ex display/shop soiled/cancelled orders and the price reflects any damage or flaws the product may have. Any damage will be illustrated under the product description.
- To purchase an item please visit the store within our normal opening hours.
- Payment in full is required for all clearance items at the time of purchase.
Returns
- A handling/re-stocking/collection fee will be payable if you are not completely satisfied with the goods - for up to 7 days from the date of delivery of the item. After this time the item cannot be returned. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
- To return or exchange a product you may do so within 7 days of the date of despatch. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund pillows and
mattresses.
- Delivery (if required) is charged at an additional £35.00 within a 40-mile radius of Lucas. We are happy to quote for further distances.
- You can view all items located in Halls 1 and 2 during our normal opening hours.
- The use of additional discount vouchers are excluded when purchasing items marked “clearance”
- Lucasdirect.co.uk is updated daily (except over Weekends & Bank Holidays). We cannot be held responsible for items sold while still listed as available on the website. It is advisable to phone the store to check availability of items listed.
